Consult parents, teachers, student and community - Survey parents - Think tanks - Invite community in - Meet staff informally fund raisers etc Time Line – half year Vision box – like suggestion box, opportunity to communicate Gather data – meet 2 team reps from each area student teacher parent community leadership
